All items are handmade and may vary slightly in color, texture, or size. Each piece is uniquely crafted and sold as-is.

2. Pricing 

Prices are in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue items at any time.

3. Orders & Payments 

Orders are processed upon full payment. We accept payments via the methods shown at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery 

We ship from Amsterdam. See our Shipping Policy for details. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Exceptions are made for items damaged during transit. See Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for misuse of our products. Please keep all items away from open flames, pets, and children unless otherwise specified. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
